Both the URLs appear same, but if you look at the duplicate site URL, it is slightly different and not the regular ICICI Bank URL.
Surprising both the sites have secured SSL from Verisign !!!!

1. Always type the link of www.icicibank.com and never click on any link in any email.
2. Never Access Banking Account from any Cyber Cafe.
3. Any bank never asks you for password or PIN via email.
